Meadowbank Estate is located in the Derwent Valley, Tasmania. Looking at this wall of fame, it seems that they have done pretty well for themselves. I admit to be no wine connoisseur myself so I would not be able to tell you whether it is a worthy investment. On this floor at the other end of it, you can find a small smell corner where they have set up a few test tubes with a scent in it. I did pretty bad only able to pick out 6 of 20 scents or something like that.
Then it is time to go to the Cascade Brewery where you get to take a tour of the building and the beer making process. Unfortunately, I arrived too late and just missed the last tour. It will be for another trip. The consolation prize was the beautiful surround and cafe of the brewery where you can sit, relax and enjoy the beer.
